Laborer/ Tile Apprentice

Become a part of one of Charlottesville's oldest Ceramic Tile Installation Companies. With over 40 years of experience, our family owned and run business is excited to meet you.

Manual Labor Includes:

• lifting and moving stone and ceramic tile
• making thinset and mud for product installation
• Should be able to lift and move a minimum of 100 pounds.

Interior work in the Winter and Exterior/Interior work in the Summer

Laborer/Apprentice starting pay at $20/hr. After one full year of employment, employee becomes eligible for 401(k), 401(k) matching, health insurance, 1 week PTO and paid holidays. Full time employees are guaranteed pay for a full 40 hour work week if you work M-F, even if you do not actually put in a full 40.

At Ceramico, there is no set schedule for pay raises. We do a progression pay increase. You can receive them multiple times a year
