Position Overview

Native Outdoors is looking for a hard-working and dependable General Laborer / Fence Installer to join our team. This role includes assisting with fence installation projects, general labor tasks, landscaping, and supporting various outdoor services. If you enjoy physical work, take pride in a job well done, and like working outside, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Install various types of fences (wood, vinyl, chain-link, etc.)
• Dig post holes, mix concrete, and set fence posts securely
• Use hand and power tools (drills, saws, levels, augers, etc.)
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Prepare and clean up job sites
• Follow safety procedures and company standards
• Support landscaping and property maintenance tasks as needed
• Work efficiently as part of a crew and take direction from supervisors

Qualifications

• Experience in fencing, landscaping, or general construction preferred but not required
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Familiarity with basic tools and safety practices
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
