Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Laborers and Remodelers to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing a variety of remodeling and construction projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. Duties

• Assist in demolition, framing, drywall installation, and finishing tasks across diverse remodeling projects
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to complete assigned tasks
• Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute project specifications
• Install flooring, tile, cabinetry, doors, windows, and other fixtures with precision
• Perform concrete forming, finishing, masonry work, stucco application, and plastering as needed
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and project quality standards
• Support fabrication and installation of custom components such as trim carpentry, glass panels, or hardscape features
• Assist with roofing, caulking, welding, painting, and restoration tasks to enhance project outcomes
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines while maintaining high safety standards

Qualifications

• Prior experience in construction or remodeling is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy equipment operation is highly valued
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately for precise execution of tasks
• Knowledge of construction management principles and estimating processes is a plus
• Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical systems, masonry, flooring installation, tile laying, and roofing techniques
• Strong work ethic with the ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures diligently
• Excellent teamwork skills coupled with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and task completion
