The Role
To own and manage client relationships while ensuring the seamless delivery of all Licensing & Immigration (L&I) services, acting as the primary point of contact for clients and coordinating internal teams to deliver a high-quality, compliant, and timely service.
Key Responsibilities

Provides a high level of customer service to all CSP clients, ensuring a professional and responsive experience at all times.

Builds and maintains strong, long-term relationships with CSP clients.

Clearly communicates priorities, policies, procedures, fees, timelines and regulatory requirements relating to all L&I applications.

Manages and prioritises client queries and issues relating to Licensing & Immigration matters, ensuring timely resolution.

Collaborates with internal departments to ensure the smooth, accurate and efficient processing of all L&I transactions.

Contributes to the continuous improvement of L&I processes and procedures within CSP to enhance service delivery and compliance.

Proactively monitors key deadlines and escalates risks or impending expiry matters to the Labour & Immigration Manager.

Maintains accurate and secure client records, tracking documentation, application progress and critical deadlines.

Liaises with relevant Government authorities and agencies to facilitate efficient processing, resolve issues and maintain effective working relationships.

Monitors updates to UAE laws, regulations and immigration procedures, ensuring CSP remains fully compliant and clients are appropriately advised.

Always ensures full adherence to the CRM system and internal reporting requirements.

Provides administrative and operational support to the wider Labour & Immigration team as required.

Demonstrates CSP’s core values and conducts all activities in line with the company’s Code of Conduct.

Supports the Labour & Immigration Manager with ad hoc projects and operational initiatives as required
Requirements for the Role

Minimum of 3 years UAE experience working within UAE immigration
-
A passion for customer service excellence
-
Excellent organisation, planning and administration skills
-
Strong knowledge of UAE MoHRE and Immigration visa process across Mainland and Freezone jurisdictions

Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize urgent government-related requests

Proficiency and excellent knowledge in government portals such as MoHRE, ICP, GDRFA, E-channel, and Freezone platforms (e.g., Meydan, DIFC, DMCC, ADGM, DDA, etc.)

A problem solver with outstanding communication

Proficiency in English – Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory

Proficiency IT Literacy & Outlook Proficiency – Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook is essential, along with general IT proficiency to manage client correspondence, scheduling, and internal systems efficiently.

Working hours & flexibility

Standard office hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
