Labour Camp Controller / Camp Boss

We are seeking an experienced Labour Camp Controller to oversee our worker accommodation facility. You will manage daily operations, room allocations, catering, hygiene, and security. The ideal candidate will ensure full compliance with all Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization (MOHRE) and local municipality regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Facility Oversight: Manage room assignments, check-ins, check-outs, and inventory for some hundreds of residents.
• Maintenance & Hygiene: Schedule preventative maintenance (HVAC, plumbing) and enforce strict cleanliness standards in kitchens, mess halls, and washrooms.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure the facility meets all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) guidelines.
• Access Control: Monitor camp security, check visitor logs, and manage digital access control systems.
• Welfare & Relations: Address worker grievances, handle emergencies, and maintain a peaceful living environment.
• Reporting: Keep accurate digital records of occupancy, asset tracking, and daily camp logs.

Requirements

• Experience: Some years of experience as a Camp Boss or Camp Controller in the UAE.
• Education: High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
• Languages: Fluent in English. Ability to speak Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic is highly preferred.
• Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and camp management software. Strong conflict-resolution skills.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of UAE labor accommodation laws and municipality regulations.
