Labour Law Compliance Support

A leading HR Consultancy is seeking an experienced, project-based Labour Law Compliance Support to provide on ground compliance support and guidance for our diverse client base.

About the Role

This is a contract position focused on specific, high-impact projects. You will be instrumental in ensuring our clients' HR practices and policies are in full compliance with all relevant Central and State labour regulations.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Educational Background: A degree in Law (LL.B.) is mandatory. A specialization or postgraduate qualification in Labour Law is highly preferred.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience

• Duration: Project-based contract, negotiable based on scope

• Remuneration: Competitive, performance-linked professional fees.
