Role Overview
M/s Labour Bridges India is seeking an experienced and result-driven Associate Manager – Labour Resource Officer to manage end-to-end labour sourcing, deployment, coordination, and client servicing. The role demands strong field exposure, operational discipline, and the ability to manage both skilled and unskilled manpower at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, source, mobilize, and deploy skilled & unskilled labour as per client and project requirements
- Manage labour onboarding, documentation, verification, and compliance
- Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, and internal operations teams
- Handle labour attendance, discipline, productivity, and grievance redressal
- Ensure timely availability of manpower to meet project deadlines
- Maintain labour database, MIS reports, and deployment trackers
- Support billing inputs, wage coordination, and statutory compliance documentation
- Build and manage labour supply networks, vendors, and local contractors
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor workforce performance and resolve issues
- Assist management in workforce planning, forecasting, and scaling operations
- Ensure adherence to company policies, code of conduct, and labour laws
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong experience in labour management / manpower supply / staffing operations
- Sound knowledge of skilled & unskilled workforce deployment
- Ability to handle high-volume manpower requirements
- Excellent coordination, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and basic MIS tools
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Willingness to work from office and travel to project sites when required
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 1 to 8 years in manpower supply, labour contracting, staffing, or resource operations
- Education: Graduate / Diploma (Any stream preferred)
- Prior experience in construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, or industrial manpower will be an added advantage
