Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to the café standard
• Take orders and serve food & beverages to customers efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and serving areas
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer queries politely
• Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Work as a team to ensure smooth café operations

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai as a Barista / Waitress
• Knowledge of coffee machines, espresso, and beverage preparation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Valid UAE visa or availability to join immediately
