Job Description- Lady Guard

• Must need to be honest, physically fit and have observational, communication and decision-making skills.
• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.
• Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
• Call police or fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons.
• Answer telephone calls to take messages, answer questions, and provide information during non-business hours or when switchboard is closed.
• Warn persons of rule infractions or violations, and apprehend or evict violators from premises, using force when necessary.
• Must have a valid Certificates issued by Security Industry Regulatory Agency (such as Basic Fire Safety Training, Basic Life Support Training, Training Awareness Course in dealing with People of Determination during Crisis, disasters and emergencies, and Security Guard Training Course).
• Must be presentable and with pleasing personality.

Required Skills:

• Job Description- CCTV Operator

· Operating and monitoring all surveillance security systems/cameras within the Control Centre in an efficient manner and in compliance with the operating procedures, legislation and best practice.

· Recording all events, incidents and actions taken in a clear, legible and accurate written format.

· Providing efficient and courteous radio and telephone answering service and deal efficiently with all enquiries.

· Ensure the appropriate use of the CCTV system and to include all evidential records and witness statements to a standard acceptable to the rules of evidence.

· To report equipment failure to the security supervisor to maximize operation of the system.

· To maintain a secure system for providing data in accordance with the regulations set up by Dubai Police and SIRA and to ensure the security of the control room and equipment is maintained at all times.

· To be aware of your responsibilities in terms of health and safety including appropriate health and safety training.

· Conduct regular checks on all “field” officers to assure they are alert and carrying out their duties efficiently and effectively

· The CCTV system operates 24 hours a day 365 days per year. As such the CCTV Operator will be required to operate on a shift basis to provide full cover for the scheme.

Qualifications

· Private / commercial security experience / background is an advantage.

· Knowledge of operation of the CCTV system.

· Must have CCTV Operator / Security Systems Operator Training and Certificates Issued by SIRA

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and to multitask

· Knowledge of security protocols and procedures.

· Flexibility to work day, night, and weekend shifts as required.
