The KRAs: Responsibilities

The role ensures exceptional guest experience and service excellence, acting as the primary liaison between guests and hotel operations within a premium hospitality environment, including:

• Welcoming and assisting guests professionally
• Handling guest requests, preferences, and complaints
• Ensuring VIP, repeat, and special guests satisfaction
• Coordinating with front office and operations
• Maintaining guest history and feedback records
• Promoting hotel facilities and services
• Ensuring service standards and brand compliance
• Supporting arrivals, departures, and special events
• Monitoring guest satisfaction and service recovery
• Enhancing guest loyalty and positive experiences

The Right Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
• Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in a 4 or 5-Star Hotel
• Front Office or Guest Relations background preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong Guest service orientation
• Ability to handle guests with empathy and confidence
• Well-groomed, presentable, and professional demeanor
• Fluent in English; additional languages preferred
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
