Lady Interior Designer

We are seeking a Lady with highly creative and experienced Interior Designer to lead the design and execution of high-end residential and commercial projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate is a visionary thinker with a strong design sensibility, project management experience, and the ability to work while collaborating with clients, consultants, and contractors.

MUST HAVE DUBAI EXPERIENCE AND CAN JOIN IMMEDIATELY!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all phases of interior design projects including programming, conceptual design, space planning, material selection, FF&E specification, construction documentation, and installation.
• Translate client needs and brand identity into innovative, functional, and visually compelling design solutions.
• Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, materials, and finishes to clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee the creation of detailed drawings, renderings, and documentation sets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is realized.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously within timelines and budgets.
• Conduct site visits, oversee installations, and provide punch list resolutions.
• Supervise and mentor junior designers and interns.
• Embrace new styles, materials, codes, and industry innovations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field.

• 3+ years of professional interior design experience, preferably in a design or architecture firm in Dubai.
• Proven experience leading large-scale projects from concept through completion.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, technical proficiency, and high-end project work.
• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
