House Manager

She should be highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy manager to oversee all aspects of a large private residence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily household operations, coordinating all domestic staff, handling maintenance and technical systems, overseeing kitchen operations and food procurement, and ensuring seamless functioning of the household with a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities:

Household Operations & Maintenance

• Supervise and coordinate all household operations and ensure smooth daily functioning.
• Monitor and manage home systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, security systems, and smart home technology.
• Schedule and supervise all maintenance, repairs, inspections, and upgrades.
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers; ensure work is completed to high standards.

Staff Management

• Manage, schedule, and oversee the performance of domestic staff (housekeepers, cooks, drivers, gardeners, etc.).

Kitchen and Food Procurement

• Coordinate with the cook or chef to plan menus based on family preferences, dietary requirements, and seasonal availability.
• Ensure high-quality food procurement: source fresh ingredients and maintain appropriate stock levels.

Transportation & Driver Scheduling

• Ensure vehicles are regularly maintained, serviced, and cleaned.
• Coordinate transportation for family members and guests as needed.

Administrative & Financial Duties

• Keep inventories of supplies, equipment, and maintenance records.
• Handle calendar coordination, event planning, and guest management when needed.

General Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for the household in the homeowner’s absence.
• Ensure the home is guest-ready at all times.
• Exercise discretion, confidentiality, and loyalty at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
