Job Overview

The Rushes Resort in Baileys Harbor is looking for a Beach and Recreation Association. We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic individual to provide guest service at our beach and general groundskeeping. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, engaging with people, and helping create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for members and guests.

Responsibilities may include general upkeep of beach and recreation areas, assisting with events and activities, monitoring facilities for safety and cleanliness, and providing friendly customer service to visitors. The position also involve light maintenance tasks, setup and takedown, and cleaning of beach equipment, and ensuring that beach rules and guidelines are followed. Flexible Schedule, but weekends are required. End of season bonus!

Duties

• Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and mulching
• Maintain lake and surrounding landscape areas by removing debris, controlling weeds, and performing general cleanup.
• Keep the beach cleaned and stocked
• Keep the beach house maintained and inventoried.
