Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Land Analyst I to join our dynamic team. In this entry-level role, you will support the management and analysis of land assets, contributing to investment decisions and portfolio optimization. Your work will involve conducting research, performing financial analyses, and utilizing specialized software to evaluate land opportunities. Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains network relationships with other groups within company, i.e., Operations, Development, OBO, and Legal.
- Creates various reports from Quorum Land System or Business Objects.
- Gathers and analyzes data for contract and lease obligations reports.
- Assist in the evaluation and management of land assets through detailed research and data collection
- Conduct financial analysis to support land acquisition, disposition, or development strategies
- Utilize financial software tools to model investment scenarios and assess land valuation metrics
- Support portfolio management activities by tracking land asset performance and reporting findings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information on land parcels, zoning, environmental considerations, and market trends
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations that communicate insights clearly and effectively
- Maintain accurate records of land transactions, assessments, and related documentation
Requirements
- Intermediate level, typically 3-5 years of experience.
- Moving towards full competency.
- Requires a broader, general understanding of discipline.
- Identifies problems and develops potential solutions.
- Makes decisions within well-defined parameters.

Pay: $23.64 - $30.00 per hour
