Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their land clearing needs and provide tailored quotes that align with project scope and budget.
• Negotiate terms and pricing effectively to close sales while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new customers and expand market reach.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining organized records of quotes, contracts, and communications.
• Stay informed about industry trends, local regulations including Fair Housing laws, and property management best practices to advise clients accurately.
• Assist clients through the sales process by providing exceptional customer service, answering questions promptly, and guiding them from initial inquiry to project completion.
• Maintain multilingual or bilingual communication skills to serve diverse client bases effectively.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, negotiation, or customer service within land development, property management, or related fields.
• Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to explain technical details clearly.
• Knowledge of real estate law, Fair Housing regulations, and land clearing procedures is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated organizational skills with experience managing administrative tasks such as quotes, contracts, and project documentation.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams including marketing and operations.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging a broader client base.

Pay: $15.50 - $29.65 per hour
