Land clearing/Loader Operator

We are looking for an experienced Loader Operator to join our site development crew.

A loader operator operates and drives multi-wheeled heavy vehicles to transport goods and services from the distribution centers to various locations.

EXPERIENCE IS A MUST. THIS IS A DRUG FREE WORKPLACE.

Responsibilities:

• Operate, drive, and control heavy equipment.
• Land Clearing or Logging with Excavator
• Load and unload equipment from vehicles.
• Have complete knowledge of machine settings.
• Check and maintain equipment functionality often.
• Keep performance records of machine functionality regularly.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience doing land clearing or experience running a loader with a rake.
• Experience with machine-operated trenching tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and city maps.
• Excellent physical fitness with the ability to lift heavy objects.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in extreme heat / harsh weather conditions.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to work independently.
• Follow safety regulations.

Rate of Pay is based on Level of Experience.
