Your Profile:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in international land import operations
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Strong skills in teamwork, problem-solving, and organization
• Hands-on experience in groupage (LTL) transportation and dispatching
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
• Experienced in supplier management
• Demonstrated success in managing Key Account customers
• Completed military service (required for male candidates)

Your Duties:

• Maintain and strengthen communication with international offices
• Handle bookings from offices and customers and oversee dispatch operations
• Keep close contact with customers from order confirmation to final delivery, providing regular status updates
• Coordinate and follow up on tender shipments with the tender center
• Hold weekly meetings with existing customers to review and discuss load volumes
• Monitor and control income and expense calculations
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry in all required systems
• Manage end-to-end operational follow-up with carriers
