Land Officer - Real Estate & Documentation

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Land Officer with strong expertise in land acquisition, property documentation, and legal compliance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in real estate operations, land record management, and government liaison.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage land acquisition processes and verify ownership with full legal compliance
• Handle mutation (Intiqal), registry, and property transfer documentation
• Coordinate with government authorities including Patwari, Tehsildar, and Sub-Registrar
• Obtain and verify land records (Fard), registry documents, and property files
• Conduct land measurement, demarcation, and area calculations
• Prepare land status reports, feasibility reports, and compliance documentation
• Manage legal documentation related to land transactions and disputes
• Maintain accurate physical and digital land records management systems
• Prepare and manage sale agreements, contracts, and documentation
• Verify client details and property information before finalization
• Coordinate with sales team and management for accurate documentation
• Ensure proper filing, record-keeping, and document archiving

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree (BBA, B.Com, BA or equivalent)
• 3–5 years of experience in real estate, land management, or property documentation
• Strong knowledge of land record procedures (Fard, Intiqal, Registry)
• Experience in contract preparation and legal documentation preferred
