Job Vacancy – Land Surveyor

Razanco Building Contracting L.L.C. is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our construction team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct land surveys and measurements for construction projects.
• Prepare and maintain survey data, maps, and reports.
• Ensure accuracy of site levels, boundaries, and alignments.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and consultants.
• Use surveying instruments (Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, etc.) and related software.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in the UAE as a Land Surveyor.
• Strong knowledge of surveying tools and software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic/Tagalog is an advantage).
