We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates. As a Land Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in our organization, conducting precise measurements and providing accurate data for various construction and infrastructure projects throughout the region.

• Perform comprehensive land surveys for construction, infrastructure, and development projects
• Establish primary horizontal and vertical control points, including reference ties for re-establishing points in the field
• Conduct topographic surveys and create detailed maps and plans of land areas
• Utilize advanced surveying equipment and software to collect and process data
• Analyze survey data, perform calculations, and prepare technical reports
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate and timely delivery of survey information
• Verify the accuracy of survey data and make necessary adjustments
• Maintain detailed records of all survey activities and findings
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards in the UAE
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
• Perform quality control checks on all survey work and calculations
• Assist in training and mentoring junior surveyors
• Travel to various project sites within the UAE as required

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in land surveying
• Proficiency in survey software, CAD programs, and GIS (Geographic Information Systems)
• Extensive knowledge of topographic surveying techniques and equipment
• Strong skills in construction drawing interpretation and analysis
• Experience in vertical control data observation and benchmark establishment
• Proven ability to verify and validate survey data and calculations
• Expertise in slope calculation, cross-sectional area plotting, and quantity estimation
• Familiarity with local regulations and standards in the UAE
• Knowledge of boundary surveying and property line determination
• Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Experience with roads and infrastructure projects is highly desirable
• Valid UAE driver's license
• Willingness to work in outdoor conditions and travel within the UAE for projects
• Physical fitness to handle survey equipment and traverse various terrains
