Role Summary
RISE GEO Control Systems Trading LLC is hiring a Land Surveyor on a 6-month contract basis in the UAE. This opportunity is ideal for technically proficient professionals with hands-on experience in using Total Station instruments for construction and site development. Applicants must hold a valid own visa and have at least 2 years of field experience in the UAE or GCC.

Core Duties

* Operate Total Station equipment such as Sokkia, Topcon, or Leica to conduct accurate field surveys
* Collect, record, and analyze data related to angles, elevations, and site boundaries
* Prepare detailed survey reports, maps, and technical layouts
* Coordinate with engineers and supervisors to ensure alignment with project plans
* Perform site layout and marking based on construction blueprints
* Ensure compliance with safety standards and local surveying regulations

Candidate Requirements

* Minimum 2 years of experience in land surveying using Total Station only
* Must hold a valid own visa (mandatory for application)
* Strong command of surveying methods, field operations, and instrument calibration
* Ability to read and interpret site drawings and layout plans
* Good team collaboration and communication skills
