Land Surveyor

Land Surveyor – (Dubai, 5+ Years Experience)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct land, topographic, and site surveys using Total Station, GPS, and Auto Level equipment.
• Perform accurate setting-out for structural, architectural, and infrastructure works.
• Prepare and update survey reports, site sketches, coordinates, and as-built drawings.
• Verify site levels, alignments, and measurements to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, and site supervisors to support construction activities.
• Ensure accuracy of survey data and maintain proper documentation.
• Monitor work progress and provide timely survey support for daily construction operations.
• Assist in resolving discrepancies between design drawings and site conditions.
• Follow safety standards and company procedures while working on-site.
• Perform quantity calculations, boundary checks, and layout verification when required.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of surveying techniques and construction workflows.
• Proficient in Total Station, GPS (RTK), Auto Level, GIS, and AutoCAD.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability.

Experience:

• Over 5 years of professional surveying experience in the construction industry (buildings, infrastructure, or civil projects).
• Experience working on UAE/Dubai sites preferred.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
