Land Surveyor

• onduct land, topographic, and construction surveys for building projects
• Set out levels, lines, and reference points as per approved drawings
• Verify site measurements, boundaries, and elevations before and during construction
• Operate surveying instruments such as Total Station, Auto Level, GPS, and Theodolite
• Ensure all survey works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and local authority requirements
• Prepare and maintain survey reports, drawings, and measurement records
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and consultants for accurate setting-out
• Check and confirm structural positions (columns, beams, foundations, slabs)
• Monitor and control verticality, alignment, and levels throughout construction stages
• Assist in as-built surveys and submission of final survey data
• Identify and report site discrepancies or deviations immediately
• Ensure adherence to UAE construction standards and safety regulations
• Maintain and calibrate survey equipment regularly
• Support project teams during authority inspections if required
