Land Surveyor

We are hiring Land Surveyor with building Construction experience .

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed site surveys for building layouts, foundations, columns, slabs, walls, and other structural elements.
• Transfer survey coordinates accurately into AutoCAD drawings and provide layout plans to site teams.
• Set out building lines, levels, and grids on site to guide excavation, foundation, and structural works.
• Verify site measurements and alignment against design drawings, ensuring adherence to project specifications.
• Assist in preparing as-built survey documentation, including measurements, deviations, and alignment verification reports.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and construction teams to resolve survey-related issues.
• Monitor and inspect subcontractor works for compliance with approved survey layouts and tolerances.
• Conduct regular checks of survey instruments, ensuring proper calibration and maintenance.
• Prepare daily or weekly survey reports, including progress updates, deviations, and corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate survey logs, records, and drawings for reference and audits.
• Support the Chief Surveyor in planning and scheduling survey activities across the project.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, UAE construction regulations, and HSE standards during all surveying tasks.
• Assist in training junior surveyors and technicians on site survey practices, instrument handling, and AutoCAD integration.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure constructability and accurate transfer of coordinates from drawings to site.
• Identify and report potential alignment, level, or layout discrepancies to the Chief Surveyor for resolution.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, Geomatics, or a related discipline.
• 8 or more years of experience in building surveying on construction sites, with at least 4 years in UAE.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for transferring coordinates & plotting survey data.
• Extensive experience with total stations, GPS, laser levels, theodolites, and other surveying instruments.
