Perform accurate field measurements, boundary assessments, and topographic mapping for engineering and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a deep understanding of surveying principles, and the ability to work effectively on-site and in collaboration with design and construction teams.
Duties and responsibilities

Conduct land, topographic, and construction surveys using GPS, total stations, and other precision equipment.

Interpret and analyze survey data to produce accurate maps, site layouts, and reports.

Establish control points, boundaries, and benchmarks in accordance with project specifications.

Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to integrate survey results into designs.

Ensure survey work complies with legal standards, project requirements, and health & safety regulations.

Maintain and calibrate survey equipment regularly to ensure accuracy.

Prepare technical documentation, including drawings, records, and reports.

Monitor ongoing construction activities to ensure alignment with design layouts and elevations.

Resolve discrepancies between design data and actual field conditions.

Supervise junior survey staff and coordinate survey tasks on-site.
Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills

Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in Geomatics, Surveying Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field from a recognized university with over 7 years of relevant experience.
Master’s Degree (MSc) in a related discipline from a recognized university with over 5 years of relevant experience

Proficiency with surveying instruments and software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, Leica, Trimble).

In-depth knowledge of land surveying techniques, mapping standards, and local regulations.
