Land Surveyor

• Conduct land and construction surveys using GPS, total stations, and other surveying equipment.
• Prepare and maintain survey reports, maps, sketches, and site documentation with accurate measurements and calculations.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers to interpret and verify survey data.
• Establish reference points and record land features, elevations, contours, and boundaries.
• Assist in site planning and ensure compliance with legal and company standards.

Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in surveying or a similar role.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, and related surveying software.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Capable of walking long distances, standing for extended periods, and handling surveying equipment.

Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
