Land Surveyor

Job Summary

Living Concept Engineering Consultant LLC is seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our growing engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out land, topographic, and construction surveys while ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Geodetic Engineering, or
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with a Diploma/Certificate in Land Surveying
• Dubai Municipality (DM) registration is highly preferred
• Proficient in operating modern surveying instruments such as Total Station, GPS/GNSS, Auto Level, and related equipment
• Strong experience in Topographic Surveys, Construction Surveys, and setting out works
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other survey-related software
• Ability to prepare survey reports, drawings, and coordinate data accurately
• Strong communication and coordination skills with engineers, consultants, and site teams
• Ability to work independently and under pressure on construction sites
• UAE experience is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Conduct topographic, boundary, and construction surveys.
• Perform site setting out and verification of levels and coordinates.
• Prepare survey data, drawings, and reports.
• Operate and maintain surveying equipment.
• Coordinate with project engineers and site teams to ensure survey accuracy.
• Ensure all surveying work complies with project specifications and Dubai Municipality regulations.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
