Land Surveyor – Civil

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team for a major civil construction project located in Dubai.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction projects
• Strong experience in infrastructure and large-scale site works
• Proficiency in total station, auto level, GPS, and surveying software
• Ability to read and interpret construction and structural drawings
• Good mathematical and analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
• Strong coordination and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

1. Setting Out & Site Surveying

• Perform setting out for civil and structural works as per approved drawings
• Establish control points, benchmarks, and reference lines
• Conduct leveling and topographic surveys
• Verify coordinates, dimensions, and site levels

2. Monitoring & Verification

• Ensure works are executed within approved tolerances
• Conduct as-built surveys and prepare reports
• Coordinate with site engineers to resolve discrepancies
• Check subcontractor survey works for accuracy

3. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate survey records and site data
• Prepare survey reports and as-built drawings
• Submit daily activity reports to project management

4. Equipment & Compliance

• Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of survey equipment
• Follow safety procedures during site operations
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and authority requirements
