Land Surveyor - Civil Infrastructure

We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor with a strong background in civil infrastructure projects including roads, utilities, drainage, sewer networks, pipelines, and earthworks. The candidate will be responsible for conducting accurate land and construction surveys, setting out works, verifying coordinates and levels, and supporting project execution activities in compliance with project specifications and Abu Dhabi municipality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform land and site surveys for infrastructure and civil construction projects.
• Carry out setting-out works for roads, utilities, drainage, pipelines, manholes, and related infrastructure activities.
• Prepare survey reports, calculations, drawings, and as-built documentation.
• Coordinate with Project Engineers, Consultants, and Site Teams regarding survey requirements.
• Conduct topographic and route surveys as required by the project.
• Support quantity verification and progress measurements for billing purposes.
• Ensure all surveying activities comply with Abu Dhabi Municipality and project standards.
• Follow company HSE policies and site safety procedures at all times.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of UAE experience in civil infrastructure projects.

Strong experience in:

• Roads & highways
• Utilities & drainage
• Sewer & stormwater networks
• Earthworks & grading
• Infrastructure development projects

Proficiency in:

• Surveying software and data processing tools
• Good understanding of construction drawings and infrastructure layouts.
• Familiarity with Abu Dhabi / Al Ain municipality standards is preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license (Mandatory)

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
