Land Surveyor for Infrastructure Projects

• Developing land survey reports and performing calculations of measurements and evaluations.
• Checking elevations, setting out, and rest of survey work by the contractor to ensure accuracy.
• Advising the Resident Engineer and recommending actions concerning construction surveys.
• Maintaining construction surveys and quantity records as per the Resident Engineer's instructions.
• Undertaking design projects from concept to completion.
• Defining project requirements and schedules during the brief.
• Interpreting and translating customer needs into rough plans.
• Setting costs and project fees according to budget.
• Researching and deciding on materials and products sourcing.
• Producing sample and mood products.
• Supervising work progress.
• Working closely with designers, decorators, architects, and constructors.
