Land Surveyor (Substation)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform site surveys, setting out, and leveling works for substation foundations, equipment, trenches, and structures
• Verify site coordinates, benchmarks, and levels as per approved drawings
• Carry out as-built surveys and prepare survey reports
• Coordinate with site engineers and construction teams to ensure accuracy of works
• Operate and maintain surveying equipment (Total Station, GPS, Auto Level)
• Check alignment, elevations, and dimensions during construction activities
• Ensure surveying works comply with project specifications and quality standards
• Maintain proper records and daily survey logs

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Land Surveying / Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Land Surveyor on substation, power, or infrastructure projects
• Strong experience in setting out for foundations and structural works
• Proficient in using Total Station, GPS, Auto Level
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Knowledge of QA/QC and survey control procedures
• Good communication skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams

Preferred (Added Advantage)

• Experience on HV/MV substation projects
• Familiarity with local authority and utility standards
• Experience with survey software and as-built documentation

Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
