Land Surveyor (UAE Infra Exp only)

China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC) Dubai Branch is looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team for an ongoing RTA road and infrastructure project in Dubai.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in roadworks, infrastructure, utilities, bridges, underpasses, and related civil construction works. The candidate must be familiar with survey activities required for large-scale RTA projects and should be able to work closely with site engineers, construction teams, consultants, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out land surveying works for roads, utilities, structures, bridges, underpasses, drainage, and infrastructure works.

Perform setting out, level checking, alignment marking, as-built surveys, and topographic surveys as per approved drawings.

Use survey instruments such as Total Station, Auto Level, GPS, and related surveying equipment.

Verify coordinates, levels, benchmarks, control points, and survey data before execution.

Coordinate with site engineers, QA/QC teams, consultants, and construction teams for daily survey requirements.

Prepare and maintain survey records, field data, as-built details, and survey reports.

Ensure all survey works are carried out accurately as per project specifications, approved drawings, and RTA/consultant requirements.

Support the team in resolving site discrepancies related to levels, alignment, coordinates, and drawings.

Follow project HSE requirements and maintain safe working practices at site.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Land Surveyor in road and infrastructure projects.

Previous experience in RTA projects in Dubai is highly preferred.

Strong experience in roadworks, utilities, drainage, bridges, underpasses, and infrastructure construction.

Good knowledge of survey instruments including Total Station, Auto Level, GPS, and related equipment.

Ability to read and understand approved construction drawings, coordinates, levels, and shop drawings.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Candidates available in UAE and able to join immediately or on short notice will be preferred.

Preferred Experience:

RTA road projects in Dubai.

Infrastructure, utilities, roadworks, bridges, underpasses, and flyover projects.

Experience with contractors or consultants working on major Dubai infrastructure projects.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
