Land Surveyor (Water & Sewerage)

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in land surveying, with at least 3 years in water and sewerage pipeline projects.
• Proficient in the use of Total Station, GPS equipment, AutoCAD, and surveying software.
• Knowledge of local authority regulations and standards for pipeline and infrastructure projects in the UAE.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in field conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct topographical and land surveys for the construction of water and sewerage pipelines.
• Set out alignments, levels, and benchmarks for excavation, pipe laying, chambers, and associated civil structures.
• Collaborate with project engineers, CAD technicians, and site teams to ensure accuracy in layouts and compliance with project specifications.
• Prepare and maintain survey reports, records, and maps.
• Verify survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites.
• Manage survey equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
• Identify and resolve potential conflicts in design vs. actual site conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
