• Conduct surveys using advanced surveying equipment to establish property boundaries, elevations, contours, and other relevant features.
• Prepare and interpret maps, sketches, and reports to guide landscape design and construction activities.
• Collaborate with landscape architects and engineers to integrate survey data into project designs.
• Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations, to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain survey equipment and tools in proper working condition.
• Provide guidance and support to construction teams based on survey findings.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
• Conduct site assessments and analysis to identify potential issues or challenges.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of legal descriptions and survey reports.
• Ensure that all survey work complies with safety standards and regulations.
• Keep up-to-date with advancements in surveying technology and methodologies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of project timelines and budgets.
• Manage and coordinate survey field crews, ensuring efficient and accurate data collection.
• Perform boundary and easement surveys, as well as construction staking for landscape projects.
