Land Surveyor with Landscaping Experience

PERFECT Technical Works & Landscaping LLC (PTWL) is currently seeking an experienced Land Surveyor with proven UAE landscaping experience to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess strong technical expertise to effectively support landscape design and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct land surveys using advanced surveying equipment to determine:
• Property boundaries
• Elevations and contours
• Site features and existing conditions
• Prepare and interpret survey maps, drawings, sketches, and technical reports
• Collaborate with landscape architects, engineers, and project teams to integrate survey data into project designs
• Verify the accuracy of survey measurements, calculations, and data in compliance with project specifications and regulations
• Perform boundary, easement, and construction staking surveys for landscaping works
• Conduct site assessments to identify potential design or construction challenges
• Provide survey-related technical guidance and on-site support to construction teams
• Ensure all survey work complies with safety standards, local regulations, and authority requirements
• Liaise with government and regulatory authorities for permits, approvals, and submissions
• Prepare and submit legal descriptions and survey documentation
• Maintain surveying instruments and ensure proper calibration and functionality
• Manage and coordinate survey field crews to ensure efficient and accurate data collection
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical survey input
• Stay updated with advancements in surveying technologies and industry best practices
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and budget coordination

Requirements

• Proven UAE landscaping survey experience (mandatory)
• Strong working experience with AutoCAD
• Ability to join immediately
• Valid UAE Driving License (preferred)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
