What You'll Do:

• Legal Strategist Extraordinaire: Develop and implement effective legal strategies to address landlord issues, from lease agreements to eviction proceedings.
• Courtroom Hero: Represent clients in various legal proceedings, ensuring their interests are vigorously defended.
• Negotiation Pro: Handle negotiations with residents and other parties to reach amicable and favorable resolutions.
• Document Dynamo: Draft, review, and refine lease agreements, notices, and other legal documents with precision.
• Client Advocate: Offer expert advice and guidance to landlords, helping them understand their rights and obligations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Juris Doctorate
• License to Practice: Must be licensed to practice law in Tennessee.
• Experience: We’re flexible!
• Skills: Excellent analytical, research, and communication abilities.
• Personality: Approachable, proactive, and ready to infuse a bit of fun into the legal process!
