Landlord Tenant Attorney

Landlord and Tenant firm seeking a litigation attorney with at least 1 year of Landlord and Tenant experience in the City of New York.

Candidate's duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Court appearances in the Civil Courts and Supreme Courts in the 5 boroughs.
• Drafting predicate notices, stipulations in non-pay and holdover cases, drafting pleadings and motions, conducting depositions and trials.

Candidate must have strong communication and organizational skills.

Salary to commensurate with candidate's experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $65,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
