Landlord Tenant Litigator

North Carolina Landlord Law is seeking an attorney who wants to build their own practice without having to do it alone.

This is a ground-level opportunity. The ideal candidate has the resources to support themselves while the practice grows. Prior experience is not a requirement. We will teach the right candidate everything they need to know.

North Carolina Landlord Law is dedicated exclusively to representing landlords in eviction cases.

Must be licensed to practice law in North Carolina.

The firm provides:

Technology platforms to file, prosecute and manage cases

Malpractice insurance

Ongoing support and guidance

Marketing

The candidate will be expected to:

Network, market, and grow the firm

Provide exemplary service and communications with clients

Deliver competent representation and achieve expected outcomes efficiently

Conduct themselves professionally inside and outside of the courtroom

Work effectively from home or another remote location

Work independently and without the need for external motivation

Compensation is a percentage of fees collected.
