Summary:
Seeking an experienced Landlord–Tenant Litigation Attorney to lead residential and commercial eviction cases, appear in court daily, negotiate settlements, and advise clients on landlord–tenant compliance. Must be motivated, results-driven, and thrive in a high-volume, performance-based environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead attorney on eviction and ejectment matters.
• Represent clients in court daily across Northern NJ.
• Conduct paid consultations and convert leads to clients.
• Draft/review leases, notices, and settlements.
• Advise property owners and managers on compliance and rent regulations.

Qualifications:

• J.D. and active New Jersey Bar admission.
• 3+ years of landlord–tenant litigation experience.
• Strong courtroom and client communication skills.
• Must reside in North Jersey with daily court availability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $105,000.00 - $119,000.00 per year
