Account Enhancement Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced landscaping professional to assist our sales team & compose enhancement/up-sale proposals to our existing portfolio of properties. This person would help our sales team by visiting properties and coordinating information between property managers/sales people/managers of other departments within the company to ensure efficiency and smooth operational flow. This person would ideally have some experience and knowledge of Florida lawn and ornamental plants, plant layout, plant health, and the ability to detect issues and look for areas of improvement or enhancement in a landscape area -- including the generation of requested proposals, and generating enhancement proposals from routine site visits.

The Enhancement coordinator will be responsible for

• -Assisting sales managers with existing client accounts.
• -Driving sales growth through the routine generation of enhancement proposals throughout our properties.
• -Maintaining strong relationships with customers and coworkers through timely work and communication
• -Becoming familiar with our Aspire software

This role requires a blend of landscaping sales expertise and exceptional communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
