We’re looking for a motivated and dependable Landscape & Erosion Control Specialist to join us. This unique role offers the best of both worlds. We serve local residential and commercial customers, while also traveling to work on highway jobs that offer scale pay throughout the summer.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Working on landscaping and erosion control projects
• Lifting and moving materials (must be able to lift 50+ lbs regularly)
• Running equipment, hauling materials, and organizing job sites
• Learning about plant care, maintenance, and customer service
• Working closely with a team that cares deeply about quality and customer experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Reliable, flexible, and able to adapt to a changing schedule
• Positive attitude and a love for working with your hands
• CDL preferred but not required
• 2+ years experience is preferred but not required
