Landscape and Hardscape Crew Leader

Greenleaf Landscaping is seeking an experienced full-time landscape crew leader to ensure quality installations for our commercial and residential clients.

Follow all guidelines and proper installation techniques to produce high-quality work in a timely efficient manner. This includes performing the following tasks:

· Maintain a 40 hour average per week production schedule for the installation season. Be available on Saturdays and/or longer weekdays to make up any hours lost due to weather or other circumstances.

· Manage customer contacts for scheduling updates and on site management functions. This includes calling the customer at least a few days before arriving on site and the day before starting all jobs.

· Maintain customer contact during production, including leaving job follow up sheets daily or emailing a site status note each day.

· Keep sales people and production management staff up to date on job production status.

· Perform pre-production functions for all projects including: plan take-offs/dimensions, job workflow planning sheets, labor/equipment/material schedules, site visit/review with sales.

· Keep accurate and timely records as need including timesheets, material usages, and PO’s.

· Keep proper maintenance on all assigned equipment and vehicles. Use proper operating techniques to keep equipment in proper running order, train all members on proper techniques as well.

· Follow all other company policies or procedures and manage all reporting crew members to follow procedures as well.
