Landscape and Irrigation Project Manager

As the Landscape and Irrigation Project Manager/Superintendent, you will oversee the planning, installation, and maintenance of landscape and irrigation projects. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a blend of technical knowledge, project management skills, and team supervision. You will ensure that all projects are executed efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of landscape and irrigation crews.
• Prepare Estimates, Bid Projects, and Develop Project Schedules
• Plan and oversee installation and maintenance of irrigation systems and landscaping features.
• Troubleshoot and repair irrigation systems, including valves, wiring, controllers, and pumps.
• Schedule and supervise work crews, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Interpret landscape and irrigation blueprints and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and safety compliance.
• Communicate with clients regarding project progress, changes, and expectations.
• Assist with budgeting, material ordering, and inventory control.
• Train team members on proper techniques, safety, and equipment usage.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
