Duties

• Coordinate and supervise daily landscape maintenance, lawn care, gardening, and horticulture activities across multiple sites
• Oversee landscaping projects from planning through execution, including construction, tree care, irrigation installation, and maintenance
• Lead and motivate a team of technicians and crew members, providing guidance on best practices in landscape maintenance and safety protocols
• Ensure all work complies with industry standards, environmental regulations, and client specifications
• Manage scheduling, resource allocation, and inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies needed for operations
• Conduct quality inspections to guarantee high standards of landscaping aesthetics and functionality
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance outdoor spaces

Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, or horticulture management
• Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction environments
• Strong knowledge of landscape construction techniques, tree care practices, irrigation systems, gardening methods, and general maintenance procedures
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment
• Familiarity with safety standards related to landscape operations and equipment use
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Effective communication skills for client interactions and team coordination
