Landscape and Lawncare Laborer

<Responsibilities>

• Assist with landscape installation projects, including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers using hand tools and power tools
• Perform routine lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing lawns to ensure healthy growth and aesthetic appeal
• Operate equipment such as excavators, snow plows, and other machinery safely and efficiently for site preparation and maintenance
• Support hardscape construction projects by preparing surfaces, laying pavers or stonework, and installing features like patios or walkways.
• Perform general maintenance tasks including debris removal, soil grading, and minor repairs to keep outdoor spaces pristine

<Requirements>

• Prior experience or knowledge in landscaping, or related fields is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
• Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools, power tools, excavators, and other landscaping equipment is a plus but not required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions; must be comfortable lifting heavy objects and working on uneven terrain
• Strong attention to detail in hardscapes, lawn care, and landscape maintenance activities
• Knowledge of landscaping techniques including hardscape installation, snow plowing, and lawn care is a plus but not required
• Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation to work each day

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
