Landscape Apprentice

Hello,

We're looking to add a handful of team members for our Landscape Apprentice Program.

This position is for someone that wants to learn, can take direction, and has plans to advance their career in this field. The 2nd stage of this apprenticeship is becoming a team leader which starts at $25 an hour and can be obtained within the first 3 months if you choose this path. If you care about this job, you will be at $25 per hour in 3 months. There our multiple levels to reach after the team leader.

We're a young and quickly growing company, looking for long term team members to grow with us. You will have a voice here and be able to ask questions + learn new skills.

Some job information (all of which we're happy to train you in)

- We start at 7:30AM and you would be with 3-4 other teammates. Planting, pruning, weeding, and general outside tasks.

- We work as a team and perform our jobs as professionals. We're a high end company that work on the best landscapes in Bucks County.

- You will learn about driving trucks, trailers, plants, equipment, and a healthy team environment.

- We're super flexible with the schedule incase you have family or fun obligations

- Heavy lifting is required, coming to work with a good attitude, and staying off the cell phone during work.
