Job description

Rooted Landscape Group is hiring 2 Landscape Apprentice to join our team immediately.

We are looking for someone who is dependable, coachable, hard-working, and ready to grow with a company long term. This is not just a general labor job. This is an opportunity to build real skills in landscaping, drainage, mowing, and outdoor construction while working alongside experienced crew leadership.

What you’ll do

Our crews do a little bit of everything, including:

• Landscape installation
• Drainage work
• Mulch installation
• Planting and bed work
• Mowing and property maintenance
• Site prep and cleanup
• Assisting with patios and outdoor projects
• Loading, unloading, and organizing tools and materials
• Supporting the foreman and crew wherever needed

Equipment you may use

Experience with the following is a plus:

• Weed whacker
• Blower
• Hedge trimmer
• Chainsaw
• Other handheld 2-cycle equipment

Preferred experience

Experience is helpful, but not everything. We care a lot about attitude and reliability.

Preferred background includes:

• Landscape installation
• Mowing and maintenance
• Drainage work
• Mulch and planting
• General construction or outdoor labor

Pay

$19 to $26 per hour, based on experience, reliability, work ethic, and overall fit.
