Job Description:-

1. Meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements.
2. Managing landscape design projects from concept development through to completion. Competence to work on Design Development drawings, GFC drawings.
3. Developing and presenting concept proposals
4. Preparing and adjusting drawings, blueprints, specifications, designs, plans and construction documents to meet the client's needs
5. Conducting research and compiling reports on feasibility and environmental impact
6. Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines
7. Managing project teams and collaborating with other construction professionals
8. Ability to work on BOQs and understanding of BOI.
9. Preference given to candidates with basic know how of google sketch up .
10. proficient with Auto-cad and quick time period to make detailed autocad landscape drawings
11.Co ordinate and a good understanding to work with structural, Mep, Signage, Lighting and pool consultants.
12. Good knowledge of horticulture will be very a plus point.
Landscape Architect Requirements:-

1. Previous experience as an Landscape Architect preferred.
2. Knowledge ofauto-cad, Microsoft Office and software programs such as Revit, etc
3. Strong creative and visualization skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Fort, Mumbai - 400001, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
