Landscape Architect

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Landscape Architect with a focus on street landscape, parks, and large-scale master planning. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing urban landscapes, public spaces, and large-scale developments. As a key member of our team, you will work on a variety of exciting projects, creating sustainable, functional, and aesthetically pleasing landscapes that enhance public spaces and urban environments in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the design and execution of landscape architecture projects specializing in streetscapes, parks, public spaces, and master planning.
• Develop comprehensive landscape designs, including detailed site planning, planting design, hardscape elements, and sustainable solutions for large-scale urban developments.
• Design and prepare detailed landscape plans, sections, elevations, and 3D models for street landscapes, parks, and master plans.
• Oversee the technical aspects of landscape design, including irrigation systems, drainage, and hardscape elements, ensuring they meet local regulations and sustainability standards.
• Stay informed of industry trends, materials, techniques, and regulations in the UAE, ensuring that designs remain current and relevant.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.
• A minimum of 4 years of UAE experience in landscape architecture with a focus on streetscapes, parks, and master planning in urban environments.
• Proven experience in designing large-scale landscape projects, including streetscapes, public parks, urban plazas, and master plans.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), SketchUp, and other relevant tools.
• Strong understanding of the UAE climate, local plant species, materials, urban regulations, and sustainable design practices.
• Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills.
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,500.00 per month
