Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a talented and creative Landscape Architect with a minimum of 4 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative design concepts and managing projects from concept through to detailed design stages.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Concept Development

• Develop landscape design concepts based on client briefs and requirements
• Prepare client presentations including concept drawings, perspectives, and visualizations
• Conduct area calculations and initial feasibility studies
• Produce high-quality 3D renderings and models

Project Coordination & Management

• Plan, coordinate, and manage project activities within timelines and budgets
• Lead design development from schematic to detailed design stages
• Follow up on design submissions (preliminary and final drawings)
• Attend meetings with clients and developers to present updates

Technical & Documentation

• Prepare pre-concept and detailed landscape proposals
• Review shop drawings for architectural and landscape works
• Ensure all designs meet project specifications and scope

Additional Scope

• Develop interior layouts where required (e.g., furniture layouts for integrated spaces)

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture / Landscape Architecture (B.Arch, M.Arch, or B.Sc)
• Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience (preferably in UAE landscaping projects)
• Strong creative and conceptual design skills
• Proficiency in:
• AutoCAD
• Revit
• Adobe Photoshop
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• 3D visualization tools (e.g., SketchUp, Lumion, 3ds Max)
• Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills
• High attention to detail and passion for design
